Terms
Last updated 25 July 2026
Shipped Africa is a small launch board. These are the rules for using it, written the way we’d explain them to you in person.
What you submit
- Only submit something you built or have permission to share. It stays yours — putting it on the board doesn’t give us any claim to it.
- By submitting, you’re letting us show it: its name, pitch, images and link, on the board and on its own page.
- Don’t submit anything illegal, anything designed to mislead, or anything that isn’t what it says it is.
What we do
- We read every submission by hand and decide what goes on the board. Sending one in doesn’t mean it gets listed — the guidelines explain what we look for.
- We can take a listing down if it breaks these rules, stops working, or turns out not to be what it claimed. We’ll tell you why.
- You can ask us to remove your listing at any time, and we will.
What we can’t promise
We’re a small team running a free site, so a few honest caveats. The board might occasionally be down or lose something. We check that a product is real and works, but we don’t test it thoroughly or vouch for the company behind it — if you use something you found here, that’s between you and them. And if something does go wrong on our side, what you can claim from us is limited to what you paid us, which is nothing.
If there’s a disagreement
Email us first — nearly everything is sorted that way. If it can’t be, these terms follow the law of Ghana, and Ghanaian courts would handle it.
Changes
We’ll update this page as the site grows. The date at the top tells you when it last changed. Questions: [email protected].
